Avenue88 began in Pixley, CA, but its roots are much deeper. I was raised on the values of hard work, dedication, and creativity—principles passed down by two legendary figures in my life: my grandfather, Smith Mac Ellis, and my mother, Sabrina Ellis.

Both have since passed away, but their influence and legacy live on through this brand. Avenue88 is my tribute to them, a way to honor the lessons they instilled in me and to keep their spirit alive in everything we create.

Even the name holds meaning it comes from the street where my grandparents’ ranch once stood. For me, that place represents family, resilience, and pride.

Avenue88 isn’t just about clothing. It’s about carrying forward their story, building a legacy, and creating a community that reflects the values they lived by.
